So in 1999 they organized, again in "De Vereeniging" in Nijmegen, E-Live '99 with Biosphere, Airsculpture, Spyra, Keller/Schönwälder & friends, Intelligentsia and Victor Cerullo.
About 750 people attended and judging from the reactions they all had enjoyed themselves.

1998
Well it turned out that E-Live '98 in "De Vereeniging" in Nijmegen, the Netherlands with performing artists Vidna Obmana, Bernd Kistenmacher, Ron Boots, Kees Aerts & Eric and Harold v.d. Heijden, John Dyson & friends, Rainbow Serpent and Keller/Schönwälder was a great success with 900+ visitors! Including surprise guest Sir Paul Mc Cartney!

The beginning
When, early 1998, the KLEMdag organizers decide to stop with KLEMdag it was obvious that this great event had to continue. Ron already had been in the old organization for seven years and together with Kees they decided that they would try to continue this festival.
As magazine KLEM didn't want them to use the old name a new name had to be thought of and after a small inquiry the new name became E-Live. The E from Electronic, Live for the live music and together E-Live sounds like alive, which we hope the festival will be for many more years to come.
